Your course can be a 5, 10 or 15 session package. Each course is designed bespoke for you. You’ll receive a manual to be used alongside your sessions and you will have the full support of your coach and the LSW Head Office team during your course, as well as an online portal where you can manage your sessions.
Yes! We are not a cookie cutter one-size fits all approach. Our courses are made to fit you and never the other way round! The first step is a Discovery Call with one of our Client Success Managers so we can understand your communication goals. Then we recommend a coach that best fits your needs. In the taster or first session your coach will design a course programme tailored to your needs and goals.
Yes, if that is what suits your personal needs and will help you achieve your goals in the best way possible, then our coaches can certainly mix in elements of different courses for you.
If you are a non-native speaker then please know that you don’t have to compromise your identity to have true ownership over the language, the aim is not to become accent free, the aim is to show through the way you speak that you know how to operate and utilise the language like a pro. Our clients find that working with us on Accent Softening helps them speak in a way that boosts their confidence by reducing mistakes and misunderstandings – we want you to get all your amazing ideas out there as clearly as possible.
In this 60-minute session, your coach will give you the full rundown of every single sound of neutral spoken English and where you currently are in relation to that sound. You’ll also learn our really powerful Engagement Technique, which will transform your clarity and ability to engage using some very simple steps – the results from just using this tool are amazing! From there, your chosen coach will recommend a personalised 5, 10 or 15 session course plan for you depending on your goals – we want to make the course work for you and not the other way around! (Note, some of our course packages come with a discounted taster session in the price).
Most clients notice an immediate improvement after the Taster Session, where you’ll record a before-and-after to see the changes. Your communication journey with LSW involves four learning stages:
- Unconscious incompetence
- Conscious incompetence
- Conscious competence
- Unconscious competence
By the end of your course, aim for conscious competence, where you can use new skills with focus. Eventually, these skills become second nature, like driving. After mastering one aspect, you can tackle other communication skills, such as handling spontaneous questions. Your journey continues beyond the course, with access to discounted sessions as part of the LSW family.
