We offer three kinds of coach – Head, Principal and Senior.

Our Head Coaches hold decades of experience, are thought leaders in authentic communication, whose clients include CEO’s & C-Suite executives.

Our Principal Coaches have been working in the field of communication for upwards of 10 years.

Our Senior Coaches have at least three years experience in personal and professional coaching.

Both Principal and Senior coaches support clients who have management and leadership communication challenges such as increased gravitas and authority, connection and rapport, leadership presence and charisma.

We offer both remote coaching sessions, through Zoom, and face-to-face sessions in our central London offices (choose from 3 locations: Mayfair, Bank and Holborn). Some of our coaches offer regular weekly in person sessions (only in London) and all of our coaches offer regular sessions via Zoom. Face-to-face sessions are limited so we do recommend that you book in advance so you don’t miss out.

The course prices are dependent on whether you work with a Senior, Principal or Head Coach and how many sessions you wish to do. Course prices are as follows:
Essential (5 sessions) – £1,175 with a Senior coach / £2,220 with a Principal Coach / £3,150 with a Head Coach
Classic (10 sessions) – £1,550 with a Senior coach / £2,950 with a Principal Coach / £4,275 with a Head Coach
Deluxe (15 sessions) – £1,850 with a Senior coach / £3,500 with a Principal Coach / £4,995 with a Head Coach

We offer monthly payment instalments on our 10 and 15 session courses. For the Classic 10 session course you can pay in two monthly instalments, and in three monthly instalments for the Deluxe 15 session course.

Yes – we offer a 10% student discount on courses on the provision of a valid student ID card. You can read more about this here.

We offer a bursary scheme on coaching of up to 10 weeks at a fraction of the usual cost. This bursary is for young, talented, driven BAME individuals who have something to say for themselves and for their community, and could do with a little extra help finding and developing their authentic voice for greatest impact. We have a strict 2 business day cancellation/rescheduling policy in place. This offers a degree of flexibility to our clients as well as protecting our coaches and respecting their time. While there is a minimum 2 business day cancellation policy we appreciate you giving as much notice as possible so that we can try to refill your session. For the purpose of this policy, and in order to protect our coaches, please note that sickness is regarded as a cancellation. Our 1:1 courses can be completely bespoke and tailored to you. The Taster Session is a chance for your coach to identify your specific communication goals, and the challenges. Most people notice an immediate difference after just the initial Taster Session, so imagine the transformation at the end of 15 hour package.

If you are a non-native speaker then please know that you don’t have to compromise your identity to have true ownership over the language, the aim is not to become accent free, the aim is to show through the way you speak that you know how to operate and utilise the language like a pro. Our clients find that working with us on Accent Softening helps them speak in a way that boosts their confidence by reducing mistakes and misunderstandings – we want you to get all your amazing ideas out there as clearly as possible.

We don’t teach English grammar. Our coaches will correct you when you speak but this is not a language course so you’ll need to already speak either fluent or near-fluent English to do the course.

Our Principal Coaches, Gilly and Jamie, have experience working with people who stutter. While clients often report an improvement due to our powerful communication tools, it’s important to note that this is not a guaranteed outcome as our coaches are not speech and language therapists.

Our Principal Coach, Gilly, has experience working with people with a lisp. While our clients report improvements in their speech, our coaches are not speech and language therapists. You may wish to focus on Effective Communication with some sessions on the S/Z sounds to improve your communication across the board.

A Taster Session is a 60-minute session with one of our coaches (you can choose to have it in-person in Central London or remotely via Zoom). Your coach will listen to your goals and then teach you some incredibly powerful tools that you can use in your communication straight away. Your coach will also be able to assess your current skill level and recommend a course plan to achieve your goals, which is either 5, 10 or 15 sessions. A Taster Session with a Senior Coach is £175, with a Principal Coach is £235 and with a Head Coach is £295.

A free Discovery Call is a 15-minute call with a member of our incredible Client Success Team. You can use this to discuss the communication challenges you are coming up against, what your goals are and how our courses can help you. These calls are designed so that we can better understand your goals, priorities and values, ensuring we’re recommending a course that feels like it was made just for you.

In this 60-minute session, your coach will give you the full rundown of every single sound of neutral spoken English and where you currently are in relation to that sound. You’ll also learn our really powerful Engagement Technique, which will transform your clarity and ability to engage using some very simple steps. From there, your chosen coach will recommend a personalised 5, 10 or 15 session course plan for you depending on your goals.

In this one-hour session, your coach will introduce two powerful tools: our Engagement Technique and Delivery Mastery tools. You’ll see their impact first-hand with a before-and-after video. You’ll start working towards clearer, more confident communication. The coach will assess your skills, discuss your strengths and weaknesses, and recommend a tailored course plan to help you reach your goals, whether that’s in 5, 10, or 15 sessions.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session you can do this either through the original confirmation email you received when scheduling the session or by logging into your account with our scheduling partner, Acuity. Please note we do have a 48 working hour cancellation policy and you are no longer able to make changes to your session within that time window. Apologies if you’re having trouble locating your manuals, we sent these through in your “welcome” email when you initially paid for your course and they may well be hiding in your spam folder somewhere. If you’re unable to locate them please get in touch with the team at office@londonspeechworkshop.com. 

If you are based in the UK we can send your printed manuals to you for free – please fill in this form so that we can send your copies to you (please note this process may take up to 2 weeks). If your first session is in the office, your coach will be able to give you a manual then, so no need to fill out the form.
If you are based outside of the UK – we recommend that you print out the manual or have it on a separate device such as an iPad. Or if you would like to have a hard copy of your manual, there’s a fee to cover the international postage – please contact the office and we can make arrangements.

All courses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. All sessions must be booked within this 12 month window. Thereafter, any unbooked sessions shall be considered expired. When paying in instalments, should payment of an instalment be delayed for longer than 3 consecutive months, sessions may be resumed but will be chargeable at the current business rate on the day of payment. When signing up for a repeat course, if payment is made after 3 months has passed, sessions may still be booked in but will be chargeable at the current business rate. We reserve the right to change our prices by amending our published price list.

We may occasionally record sessions for in-house training purposes. Please note, should we opt to record a session for this purpose, we will always ask for your consent which will be recorded in accordance with GDPR. We do allow clients to record their course sessions for personal use only.
