Emma Serlin is one of the world’s foremost authorities in communication. She is the author of two books on Communication, The Communication Equation and The Connection Book. She has consulted for Newsnight, featured across BBC Radio and is regularly called to comment for global press, both consumer and business, in her capacity as a globally respected authority on communication. 

She has appeared in The Guardian, The Telegraph, HR Connect, Daily Mail and more, sharing her trademarked methodology and insights on what makes great communication, and how the skills to communicate powerfully can transform lives.  For the past 15 years Emma has led London Speech Workshop, taking her unique methodology and approach to market through her team of 1:1 coaches and corporate facilitators. She is also a qualified coach, with a Masters in psychology.
