The first step is a Discovery Call with one of our Client Success Managers so we can understand your communication goals. Then we recommend a coach that best fits your needs. In the taster or first session your coach will design a course programme tailored to your needs and goals.

Most clients notice an immediate improvement after the Taster Session, where you’ll record a before-and-after to see the changes. Your communication journey with LSW involves four learning stages:
By the end of your course, aim for conscious competence, where you can use new skills with focus. Eventually, these skills become second nature, like driving. After mastering one aspect, you can tackle other communication skills, such as handling spontaneous questions. Your journey continues beyond the course, with access to discounted sessions as part of the LSW family.
