Our 3–6 month Growth Programme is designed to embed the powerful learning from your chosen Communication Pillar. It begins with a full-day workshop and includes three follow-up touchpoints to keep skills fresh, relevant, and integrated — driving lasting change across your team and organisation.

Full Day Pillar Workshop

A full-day workshop immerses your team in your chosen Communication Pillar, blending experiential learning with practical tools from the Serlin Method®. It’s dynamic, sticky and engaging, and will shift real-world communication from day one.

Group Coaching 90 min Webinar

Delivered 4–6 weeks after the workshop, this interactive session reinforces key learning through real-time feedback, shared experiences, and tailored guidance. Pre- and post-webinar questionnaires keep insights front of mind and support deeper skill embedding.

LSW 1:1 Sessions

Scheduled 8–12 weeks after the workshop, each team member receives a personalised coaching session. These sessions complement group work by offering tailored support, focusing on individual goals, challenges, and practical application of the tools.

Half Day Role Play Workshop

Held 12–24 weeks after the initial workshop, this practical half-day session brings learning full circle. Using real team scenarios, participants build confidence, fluency, and mastery in their new communication skills — ensuring the Growth Programme ends with lasting impact.
