Introducing Cat – Our LSW for Organisations Associate

About Cat

I’ve been a Communications Coach for over 15 years, supporting business professionals at all levels from graduates to Chief Executives. Originally I trained as an actor and I draw on that experience to help people to deliver their ‘lines’, whether that’s presentations, pitches or meetings. I’ve also delivered talks on how to be an effective communicator at various industry conferences. I aim to make any coaching a constructive and enjoyable process, helping people to gain an objective view of how they perform in their working lives, and offering tools to help them represent their expertise in a distinctive, persuasive way.

I connect to LSW’s compassionate ethos and creative approach to training. I also love being plugged into a network of great coaches and we all enrich each other’s practice.
The tools in the Serlin Method are accessible and fun and I’ve seen them create profound change for people.
