Your course can be a 5, 10 or 15 session package. Each course is designed bespoke for you. You’ll receive a manual to be used alongside your sessions and you will have the full support of your coach and the LSW Head Office team during your course, as well as an online portal where you can manage your sessions.
Yes! We are not a cookie cutter one-size fits all approach. Our courses are made to fit you and never the other way round! The first step is a Discovery Call with one of our Client Success Managers so we can understand your communication goals. Then we recommend a coach that best fits your needs. In the taster or first session your coach will design a course programme tailored to your needs and goals.

Our Public Speaking course uses proven tools from our method so you can be a consistently powerful, confident and impactful public speaker and presenter. Depending on your specific goals, your coach will teach you how to write a speech that is authentic, inspiring and that engages your listeners. Learn to build connections with your audience using body language and vocal delivery techniques, both in person and online. We’ll have you up on that stage, nailing that wedding speech or pitching that idea effectively in no time.
Most clients notice an immediate improvement after the Taster Session, where you’ll record a before-and-after to see the changes. Your communication journey with LSW involves four learning stages:
- Unconscious incompetence
- Conscious incompetence
- Conscious competence
- Unconscious competence
By the end of your course, aim for conscious competence, where you can use new skills with focus. Eventually, these skills become second nature, like driving. After mastering one aspect, you can tackle other communication skills, such as handling spontaneous questions. Your journey continues beyond the course, with access to discounted sessions as part of the LSW family.
