Nick: "Like a Different Person"
Nick came to LSW through an opportunity at work, with a clear purpose: to communicate consistently, so that important messages actually reached the people who needed to hear them. What he didn’t expect was how far the change would reach beyond the workplace.
The Challenge
When work offered training, Nick and his colleagues knew what they wanted from it. They were delivering important messages to people they felt weren’t really listening, and those messages needed to land. The goal was to communicate consistently and clearly enough to be heard.
There was a more personal thread too. By his own account, Nick simply didn’t enjoy talking, which made showing up to communicate a harder thing than it needed to be.
We needed to communicate consistently to deliver our messages, because we were delivering important messages to people who weren't listening, and they needed to listen.
The Solution
