Principal Coach
I’m a voice and communication coach who helps people build genuine confidence, find their voice and speak with presence in the moments that matter.
My path into this work started in the charity and arts sectors, where I worked in project management while also performing and making music. Being both behind the scenes and on stage gave me a real understanding of the pressures people feel when all eyes are on them – and how powerful it is to feel comfortable in your own voice.
I hold an MA in Voice Studies: Teaching and Coaching from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and I’ve supported hundreds of clients to communicate with more ease, clarity, and impact. Whether you’re leading a meeting, presenting, or speaking in public, my focus is helping you feel more like yourself – grounded, credible, and confident. My coaching brings together voice work, psychology, and the body – mind connection, with a focus on building habits that actually stick.
Clients often describe me as empathetic, encouraging, and energetic. I’ll be in your corner throughout, helping you grow your confidence in a way that feels natural, sustainable, and true to you.

I find it hard to pick just one! My favourite moments are where someone shifts mindset (is this is often the thing keeping us stuck), or achieves something they’d previously thought they wouldn’t be able to do. It’s such a privilege to witness.
I have a rich and excitable brain which in the past has resulted in me being an abundant sharer (I refuse to call it oversharing!). I still think there’s immense value in sharing deeply, but now do it in a more organised and intentional way to make sure I take my listener(s) with me on the journey.
It might be a bit cliched, but David Attenborough. He’s a king amongst men for many reasons, but his vocal dexterity is phenomenal and really hooks you in. I could wax lyrical about him all day long!
Hiking boots on, at the top of a big hill, with an epic view and the sun on my face. Either that or playing pickleball!

This is a broad, hands-on role owning the full financial function of the business — with scope to act as a strategic partner to the leadership team.

We have a lateral working structure, a warm and dynamic team, and a simple ethos: our people should feel valued and know they’re delivering real value in the world. We look for good eggs with talent and grit.
This is not a purely strategic role. You’ll be deep in the detail; building funnels, shaping messaging, testing ideas, and driving performance, while leading a Marketing Manager and managing freelancers, agencies, and partners.
One morning you’re sketching a landing page wireframe. That afternoon you’re coaching your manager or reviewing PPC performance. You’re as comfortable in the data as you are in a creative brief.
