About Gilly
I trained as a Voice Teacher and Alexander Technique Teacher as well as freelancing extensively as a Voice and Dialect Coach in Theatre and TV. I was Head of Voice at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, and Speech and Dialect Tutor at Central School of Speech and Drama, LAMDA and Urdang Academy. For over 20 years, I have worked consistently for the RSC, The Garrick Theatre and other theatres. Since 2014, I have offered my experience to actors, lecturers, barristers and other professionals in the commercial, corporate and entertainment industries, supporting them to become powerful and effective communicators.
I am passionate about the power of communication and by creating a safe and enjoyable environment, I aim to support and empower people to achieve their communication and impact goals with confidence and engagement. London Speech Workshop offers a very practical approach and environment in order to be able to do this.
