Senior Coach
I am a Senior Coach at LSW – based in London, born and raised in Singapore, and shaped by my time living and working in New York City. I bring a keen technical ear alongside a playful approach, creating a supportive space where clients can discover more about their voice and be thoughtfully challenged.
I am a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, and hold an MFA in Voice Studies from the Central School of Speech and Drama. My work is research-led, and I serve on the peer review editorial board of the Voice and Speech Review.
As a performer in New York, I developed a deep interest in voice work. I have firsthand experience working on my own accent confidence – I integrated new accent patterns into everyday communication while staying grounded in my own voice in order to succeed in auditions and in the industry.
I was diagnosed with dyspraxia in my 30s, and embrace all neurodiversity. I share the experience many of my clients have – having a rush of exciting, sparking thoughts that can be hard to organise in the moment. That’s why I value structure in my coaching, using clear frameworks to help shape and channel those ideas effectively.

When a client shared in our session that for the first time he had found himself excited to speak and contribute in his last work meeting – something he’d normally approach with fear before our sessions. It made me so happy to hear that the work we were doing was translating, for him, into confidence and a joy for communicating.
Learning to organize my racing thoughts while embracing and loving my neurodivergence. Understanding how my brain works and finding ways to communicate clearly – for myself and for my audience – has been a transformative journey.
